This is my favourite place to shop. Only go if you like a rummage. Some items are damaged but just check items before buying. All items are brand new and low prices. This is a charity based store so please bear that I'm mind as I find lots of people moan about it but it's truly a good cause so please go check it out!!

Love this shop, always find great bargains, however I have noticed recently that the prices have rocketed quite significantly.

Great cheap outlet store with all brand names at really cheap prices also have 3 other stores over the road one being a charity shop, one a small home store and the other a mystery store full of baskets you rifle through containing everything you can think of love going there

Amazing for offers sell alot 0f River Island sale and other high street designer names , Regatta, ted baker, Marks and spencers and much more They have a furniture store and a really interesting discount store selling 4 for £5 9 for £10 etc . Picked up some great offers and saw they have mystery boxes filled up labelled with categories..... i personally wasnt feeling lucky as you can get carried away buying offers but 3 of my girls got a mixed Cosmetic bag for £4.99 consisted of 8-11 amazing items and im being serious roughly around £50 rrp worth of stuff. Clares accesories, urban outfitters and the paint Lab !!

I have enjoyed browsing and shopping at newlife cannock for many years, but recently the prices have become extortionate. Some of the popular high street store items are more expensive than they were in store originally in the sales.

Sort of fell on this place when visiting friends in Yardley , got some lovely stuff for the kids going back tomorrow for something for myself, run don't walk shh Christmas is 6 months away ?.. only complaint there isn't 1 in or near Manchester

Staff made an error and double charged me for an item (as she was too busy talking). When i had noticed, her excuse was its nearly home time, i need a cup of tea. No apology at this point. She then said it will go back on your card. I saod as it was an error can i have it in cash. Now i know if i was to return something you get it back by the method you paid. But why should i have to wait 3-5 working days for money that i planned to use otherwise on that day. She said its only so and so amount can't you wait. She got the manager the manager refused too and only at that point dod she apologise. So their customer service was poor on this occasion you make a mistake rectify to the customers satisfaction, not so the customer is worse off. Well i hope you enjoy your cup of tea

Don't recommend this place bought a coat when I got home there was a massive rip in it at the back so attempted to exchange it without receipt due to loosing it but still had all tags on the refused an exchange or to help any other way and was extremely rude

Update:- they gave me a call back but I missed due to being at work they informed me to call back which I have tried to constantly with no answer just informing I'm first in qué for 30 minutes until it gets to leave a message which I leave and still no contact absolute waste of time
