I went to pickup some of my ebay deliveries. It was about 7:20pm on a Thursday night, I live about 10 miles away and one of my deliveries had to be collected o that day another had just arrived. I was on my way to London so I thought I would pick up all four of my items, got there to find the shutters down and the don’t open Fridays! Annoyed!

Due to owners selling the business I can’t collect my parcels been trying for 2 weeks now. Owner said they can’t let me have them as the system had to be transferred to new ownership. Surely you should have waited for people to collect there parcels before shutting up shop. This is very inconvenient for a convenience store ? hopefully as it states on Google that they should be open tomorrow (Thursday 14th of December 2023)
I’m hoping that again I will not have an issue and will be taking legal action!

Went to collect parcel but they're closed, shutters down, Friday, 2.45pm. Google says they should be open, collection email says they should be open. Waste of a trip through Newbury traffic, and time spent parking!
