Returned some jeans today as needed a different size. They didn’t have my size on the shop floor so I asked at the till. Was served by a very lovely lady called Lucy. She went upstairs to get me the size, then was so lovely at the till putting through my return and then sold me the right size again. Lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A real asset to your team.

Nicely laid out, lovely shop just stood waiting for ages as the cashier and the person in front where talking for a good few minutes about someone else!? Not really what you want when you want to get in and out. Otherwise it was fine.

Item I was after (cycling shorts to wear under a dress) only available in size 6/8. Often a shame to have limited sizing. Staff did offer to order but needed it short notice.

Had to send a dress back to a different brand company, though my dress came in a New Look bag, so l went to New look Spytty Park Newport Gwent, they said New Look do not send any parcels back any more and l had to go to post office, l don't have a returns note though, they then said the Post Office will give you one, so l was going to Newton Abbot that afternoon, l took dress there, they said because it was not their brand l had to take it to the Spar, the Spar said No you need to go back to New Look and ask them for a Returns note, so after 25mins in New Look Newton Abbot they sorted me out with a Bar Code, thank goodness, back l went to the Spar shop, they scanned my bar code, and sent it back, pewhhhhh, so a BIG THANK YOU to Newton Abbot store, no points to Newport Gwent store though, not very helpful at all, shame on you ?

Well I like this shop I come here a lot. It is well laid out so it is easier to find the item you want. Ive had really friendly staff talk to me.
Just beware there is no men section, Exeter has that.

Got a good bargain £5.. pair of summer sandals in the bag and box, which I did ask if she had any in store. Lovely lady had a look ( size 6 was £35.00) Dutchess of Cambridge had a pair wore them tour!!!
