I’m incredibly impressed with my new tattoo! This was my first time getting inked, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Sam was not only respectful and professional but also incredibly talented. He took the time to listen to my ideas and then created a completely unique design himself—one that exceeded all my expectations. His attention to detail and artistic skill are truly next level.

Despite how busy he must be, Sam’s communication was on point from start to finish. He made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process, answering any questions I had and ensuring everything was clear. On top of that, his cleanliness and hygiene standards were impeccable. It was clear that he takes safety seriously, which made me feel even more at ease.

I’m beyond happy with the final result and will definitely be coming back for more work in the future. If you’re looking for an artist who is creative, skilled, professional, and genuinely cares about his clients, Sam is the one to go to! Highly recommend!

I was asked for a review from this company but seems they pick and choose what reviews they allow and funny how they have all 5 star reviews, yet I gave 2 stars and mines not appeared but others have. Very shady picking and choosing reviews you allow!!!! So for that reason I'm doing a review on here where they can't delete it.

I have to admit I am a little disappointed in how the artist spoke to me last time, I found her quite blunt, awkward and rude. Bit of back story, unfortunately the first tattoo the ink had completely dropped out, never had this before in my other 2 tattoos which I got years ago from Peterborough. I question if it's because I was told to not put any cream on it unless I had to and the artist said coco butter if I absolutely had too but to really leave it alone. I followed her direction and therefore didn't put anything on it (in the past I have always been told to put cream on so I do find the guidance a little strange), anyway I was booked in and the tattoo was redone due to it being completely patchy. I left it to again heal and again the tattoo ink just wasn't right, the bottom just didn't have ink and it didn't look good, the lines were jaggerdy I think due to ink loss. I booked in for yet another touch up (baring in mind it literally took the artist all of 5 minutes and a new needle last time) and she said first it hadn't really dropped out the second time, despite the tattoo was missing ink at the bottom curves. I don't blame the artist it happens but she then said you'll have to pay for this touch up, now when I emailed I made it very clear it wasn't right still and no one said about paying this time, it made it then awkward because naturally I was shocked she wanted to charge me given the tattoo still looked awful in my opinion. A reputable company would want their customer happy and it wasn't like I was making it up, you could clearly see ink missing from my tattoo. I then felt awkward. She then gave a very I think rude speech about she'll do it free this time but that's it etc. I just really didn't like how she spoke to me to be honest. It was blunt and rude and no care the fact the tattoo still wasn't right. This time I ignored her advice and put cream on from the start and it's heeled much better than the first two times, still not quite right but better. If you are going to charge for touch ups which I am shocked you would given it looked awful then at least give a price at that initial contact via email. It's so unprofessional to have me downstairs on the chair to then say there's a charge to make it then just awkward. I thought the artists tone and manner in which she spoke to me wasn't the best. And I'm very disappointed by the whole experience. I regret ever letting the artist do my tattoo.

Work with you to put it right, you tried charging me last time trying to "put it right" and was told you will be charging next time, so why on earth would I come back?

I've had the pleasure of having all my tattoos done here by multiple artists and I'm still planning on using this studio for my future ones. I highly recommend this studio, all artists are extremely friendly in a very relaxing environment indeed.

Back in 2021 I went in to see a woman named Becca she did a beautiful butterfly tattoo on my wrist I hate needles but I didn't feel it she was so lovely I didn't even flinch she added a few details to it and it has not faded at all brilliant quality

Polite and friendly staff. When in the chair, I always bring a blanket, fizzy drink, and chocolate 🍫 😋 just to see me through my sessions, and Paul is always great 👍 👌 and welcomes me to be comfortable. Always checks with me first about what we are doing as he is reworking a sleeve for me. I have already booked my next session.

Visited for the first time yesterday and had a lovely experience. The studio itself is lovely and I love the layout! The team are very friendly 🙂

James Dennis did my tattoo and I am truly over the moon with how it has turned out! Such vibrant colours and very crisp lines. I felt very much at ease under James' care and will certainly be back. There seems to be a very talented tattooing team in the studio who cover a whoel array of different styles - I'll absolutely be going back! ❤️❤️❤️
