We use ethernet for all our internet needs and wanted to turn Wifi off at the router whilst still being able to connect via ethernet on our BT hub. We spoke to a BT engineer who said this cannot be done, and we were quoted £1500 plus Vat to have a special router installed. We called Netcom IT solutions who advised us that it can be done. The really nice chap on the phone Jordan took control of our computer and in less that one minute was able to do what we were told could not be done. Amazing service and a fantastic price. We will be using your services going forward and we highly recommend giving these experts a call! Thank you so much.
