We contracted Nest to renovate our home creating a new family open plan living space, utility, playroom and en-suite. The entire process was very professionally managed. Our project was completed within a week of the proposed 12 week build schedule with any unforeseen issues handled quickly and appropriately. We needed more space in our two bed Victorian terrace and had a mad idea about moving the bathroom as well as re-dividing a lounge/diner, re-introducing an internal door and moving the boiler down two floors.

Nest made this a reality and now we have a fantastic three bed house with a 5* family bathroom. From beginning to end the Nest team were great. Chris took our ideas and converted them into feasible plans before Wayne and the team took the plans and turned them into reality.

The team were always careful to be as clean and tidy as they possibly could and notified us at every point of progress/issues etc. Even our neighbours commented on how polite and helpful the Nest team were.

The project was completed on time and on budget - can’t ask for much more than that! We have already recommended them to two other people. Nest Design and Build are 5* just like our bathroom 🙂

Nest undertook a complete rebuild of an apartment - helping me work out how to make the best of the space. They completely reworked the original plans I’d proposed for the best. They were professional and considered throughout and worked to an agreed time plan. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend- the work was to a very high standard. I employed Nest to build a single story extension and remodel the whole downstairs. From the outset they were very professional, friendly and, most importantly, honest about what I could achieve for the budget I had.

From the planning stages, all the way through to completion, the team were helpful and always willing to listen if I had any concerns or needed tweaks to the design. They let us know if there were any real issues (like a toilet that had been leaking for years) but largely just got on with the job, meaning that the build was not too stressful.

Nest completed a kitchen renovation for us, which included removing internal walls, a small extension, removing a conservatory, adding a snug, and renovating 2 bathrooms. We are really delighted with the end result, beyond our expectations. It has really changed the way we live in our home. So, Saturday morning, I'm building a wall for a friend because last storm winds took it down and his property was exposed. I'm no builder, just helping a friend. Then, out of nowhere, a van from this company stops next to me and a chav pokes his noggin out of the window and start shouting abuse. All caught in cctv and reported to police, me an my friend where left to wonder what kind of people would work for this company, the guy shouting at us looked like he couldn't write in paper the things he shouted at us. Then he speed up the street, almost crashing against incoming traffic... There's no smoke without fire, you can tell the kind of company this is...

When we embarked on a complete renovation of our 5 bedroom home, we were very nervous of the horror stories of dealing with builders and tradespeople. Chris and the team from Nest provided excellent service from start to finish. On a large project like this, its normal to expect a few hiccups, but on every occassion Nest were always happy to put things right. Nest provided a detailed costing and schedule of work, and managed to keep to this. The quality of workmanship and level of finish is excellent. A project can be daunting but from the moment we met Chris, Mark, Scotty, Matt, Scott & Enrico we were filled with confidence. They, the team they brought in, including external contractors were all so professional but friendly.

We had our kitchen moved and indoor/outdoor living space renovated so whilst not the biggest project we did expect it to be an upheaval as we remained living in the house. However due to their planning, support and continual communication it worked well.

We’ve had nothing but compliments since it’s been finished and we personally love our new space.
