Customer service is absolutely above and beyond. Travelled a fair whack to replace some letters that had been lost from my grand sons train set, only to find the shop shut,,,made a quick phone call, and like magic, they'd drop what they were doing and opened up for us,,,,fantastic!!!

Ordered the personalised kids vanity table its so lovely, my messages were answered so quickly and customer service was amazing, we actually visited the shop on holiday and the owner was super helpful and friendly, she ket me know when stock arrived so I could order, 100 percent recommend 😀
