Jacob has been amazingly informative, curtious and patient. I have made multiple inquiries regarding the Needle Needs stand and frames via email. This company produces the finest quality beechwood /wood needlework products I’ve seen and/or used to date.
I live in the US and was given all the information that I needed and more, to happily order their products. Worth any amount of wait time, if necessary. Shipped in immaculately organized fashion.

John is very pleasant to work with. He always returned my emails promptly, and phone calls. I absolutely love these frames and lap stand, they have helped take me stitching to the next level, stitches are more even and they allow me to work on higher count linens. These frames and stands are worth the wait.

I have recently received my Necessaire Floor stand and Millennium Frame. The quality of the products is outstanding and they were incredibly easy to set up, it took less than an hour to assemble the floor stand and put my material on the frame. The stand is very stable and accessing the back of my work is simple.
You do have to have patience though - I spent almost two years on the waiting list, however, once I had received and paid the invoice, the stand and frame were dispatched and delivered in ten days (including a bank holiday weekend!) and it was well worth the wait. This is a product I am going to use for many years to come.

Excellent service.
Best frame I've ever used. Holds fabric tight as a drum and side stretchers absolutely not required.

I ordered a frame in June of 2020. I received an email that it would not be ready before the first of the next year. I cancelled the order immediately. I admit I dropped the ball and did not insist that they refund my money. This January 2022, I received info that my order what shipped. I immediately contacted them and they were able to stop the order. It is now Feb 16, 21 months after I paid for the item, and cancelled the order, and I have not received a refund, despite giving all the appropriate information that they requested. I was quite impressed with their frames but I would not do business with them. Buy it from a third party like your local needlepoint shop. Let them deal with the hassle.

Ordered a frame in 2018. Never received the product and disputed the charge. Tried again in October of 2022. No product has arrived as of January 2023. Will dispute the charge again in a few days. I really was interested in this product but I question the company at this point.

Exceptional frames & stands. The quality is outstanding. Yes, you may have to wait for your order but remember it is handmade by a small company. These are products that will last your lifetime & another generation (at least) - well worth the wait. And their customer service is great. I’ve never had cause to complain- I’ve ordered 3 times in the last 18 months.
Thank you Needleneeds - I’ll treasure the purchases I’ve made & look forward to more in the future.

I placed my order for the Millennium frame in June of 2016. The only response to emails that you will receive with be an automated response. I placed two phone calls the the UK (check time of day). Said they'd tend to it after the first call (December 2016): no frame was delivered. I placed a second call in January 2017: asked for a refund or the product. It was in stock and it then was mailed to me. Nice product and for all the hullabaloo over the quality, it would be nice if they had better business sense, had sufficient staff, responded to emails, and managed supply chain. I was beginning to think this business was a phantom corporation. I'm happy with the product, but a four-month wait is unrealistic, particularly when inquiries go unaddressed. I believe they lose site of orders. Think six to eight months' delivery....after you make several direct phone calls (overseas in my case).
