Absolute money-making scam! If you want to park anything longer than 5 hours, you have to pay for 24 hours, which is £17. Then, they advertise that it’s cheaper on the app, so you spend 15 minutes setting up the app, only for it to tell you that their “pay after you park” system is “not working.” You’re forced to pay full price, but there are no signs telling you this before you park!!

Almost £9 for 2-3 hours parking I think is ridiculous. Used this car park just to go to the leisure centre at grand central won’t be doing that again! Prices are misleading as you can get it cheaper if you use the app. One barrier not working on entrance because it was out of tickets but no sign to tell you so people getting stuck and having to reverse. The stairwell out of the car park smells like it’s been used as gents toilet for months it was almost making people gag! Avoid

This place has got dirtier and dirtier with the smell of urine in the stairwells now absolutely disgusting.
To top it off, if you need to leave your car here for a normal working day then expect to pay close to £17…. Which seems a bit much, seeing as my return ticket to Sheffield at peak time was £22 !!

Never again. £8.85 for two hours!!! The prices on the app are cheaper but I couldn’t get the app to work because there is no signal in the carpark. It’s ridiculous. I’m sure the company that profit from this already have more than enough money in their pocket…

The stairs in this carpark are disgusting and have been for a while, this used to be an attended carpark, why can NCP not look after this properly given the area around the station is being much improved? It's a real let down and makes it an unpleasant place to park.

Terrible !! Tried to enter not having the app and pressed button to have message no tickets available. Hadn’t got time to down load the app and had to ask people behind to reverse so I could get out. Whilst this was happening a frustrated driver trying to get out via the exit presumably using the app got so frustrated at it not allowing exit that he physically lifted the barrier himself whilst cursing in frustration at the lack of maintenance at this site. Three other relatives have had the same experience getting stuck on exit. Get it sorted NCP !!!

No tickets available from machine. App doesn't work to be able to pay and I'm in a call queue which has asked me to use tge website multiple timers to resolve a problem.

How am I ment to do that if I'm driving!?

Crazy prices . advertised as 1.95 per hour but jumps to 17 after 4 hours. Silly. Won't make the mistake of parking here ever again
