Had an appointment with Shermaine who was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable. The whole experience was stress-free and she managed to fit 3 children in the back row of my car with the appropriate car seats required by law. The store is very clean and well presented. Plenty of space. The upstairs has a great section for children- mine found a Toniebox and was occupied for a good half hour so I could experiment with travel systems on the ground floor in peace, and they were able to lock the doors to ensure the kids wouldn't escape without my knowing. Really can't fault the service provided - if you are looking for something specific be sure to email in advance as the staff are able to prepare all the products ready for you to view and test out.
The videos this company provides are also extremely useful for comparing products and demonstration purposes.

Got recommended this shop by a friend and since I normally prefer to shop online I was ambivalent. What a surprise it was when I went there, the shop has them best of the best baby product and really good customer service and the prices are really on par with the cheapest you can get. Plus they offer massive loyalty points discounts. We've been twice and will be back many more times for sure!

In search of a car seat and pushchair for our first baby, we had originally considered buying these at John Lewis, but after doing some price comparisons online, found Natural Baby Shower to offer better deals. Living more than an hour's drive away from Natural Baby Shower was not a problem either. Adriana at Natural Baby Shower had set up a video appointment with us, during which she very thoroughly showed us the products we were interested in, and demonstrated how they would function. She was patient in answering all of our questions as first time parents. We never felt rushed nor pressured into buying anything. The shop's return policy was also very reasonable so even if we weren't happy with the product in person, returning it would be an option.

We ended up buying a car seat, pushchair and carrycot set, cot, crib and junior bed set all at NBS. We were so pleasantly surprised by the extremely helpful and friendly customer service provided throughout the whole process. The products they offer seem to be of high quality and environmentally conscious. The website is well designed and user friendly. Great rewards program with competitive pricing. Delivery was quick, with no hiccups. In our 8+ years of living in the UK, we have never had such a positive experience as a customer. If only all businesses could provide this level of service and quality!

Absolutely fantastic store - all of the staff were so helpful with giving us information and demonstrations of all of the different prams / car seats and helped us to make a decision on what travel system to get. Never rushed us, and allowed us time to look around the whole store and were there if we needed to ask any questions. Let us take the pram outside for a walk to see how it handled different terrain etc. Offered discount in store and also very quick efficient delivery of our pram and car seats. They are so knowledgable, and kind. Would 1000% recommend natural baby shower to anyone. Thankyou!!

We had an appointment with Charmaine this past weekend. She took the time to go over the pram and car seat bundle we were interested in. Able to really test out the products and even put the car seat in our own car to get accustomed. She was brilliant and so were all the other staff members we interacted with.
