Two day ago my a broken glasses 👓 and I go I’m shop glasses and two days after I don’t hear anything from that and I came see today in a shop glasses and different person there work so I explain where my glasses! I see that don’t ready don’t has a fixed yet! I say oh that what is lazy! What I need a glasses that why I’m upset about that should had a fixed in a one or two day a fixed glasses! So her told the boss guy about I’m upset! So he write papers for communicate me, so he would a fixed time to glasses or new one glasses and I say what he is much ask questions!!!! So he said never to be lazy! That so is disgusting in at shop glasses so it’s I say that is yeah!!! Lazy! So is disrespectful to me I’m must at mad
He say would 2 weeks!!! I pissed then I left shop glasses.

Being new the area for a while i was in need for a eye examination and new glasses. I normally have a great experience here. But a recent visit has left me in two minds! Wasn't due for an eye test but decided to pay for one so that I would have the right prescription to order some new glasses/sunglasses for an up and coming trip. First visit on 23 Jan for optometrist, Paul is exceptional and we were all done and dusted with no prescription change. However, glasses dispensed did not function for me. A re visit to check the prescription and have the glasses remade. It is here it all falls apart. Despite knowing of my up coming trip it appears no priority has been placed upon the manufacturer of my replacement glasses. So despite a month elapsing from my first visit I will have no new glasses/sunglasses for my trip. Strikes me I could have had a few pairs made and dispensed elsewhere for the same money in a much shorter period of time! Kayes you need to buck up your ideas!
