A superb experience from start to finish – with the end result being a website we couldn’t be happier with.
We began by holding an introductory call where are vision was laid out and this was followed-up by a detailed explanation of the timeline and expected costs for the project – both of which were reasonable and very transparent.
We were blown away time after time with the work that was complete, not only did it continuously fit the brief that we requested on each page and service, but it went above and beyond in terms of what we had expected. The process enabled plenty of time for feedback (which mainly consisted of us telling them how wonderful it was!) to ensure Little Vitamin were delivering on the brief and was perfectly managed throughout.

Awful from start to finish. Having delayed showing us the first prototype of our website for some time, they belatedly came up with something that was really poor, and evidently rushed-out way before it was ready just to appease us. We wouldn't have minded as much, but they were firm in that we get 3 rounds of feedback before completion, so this felt like an opportunity wasted as really there wasn't much to feed back on - it was awful and nowhere near finished. This really created an uphill challenge to get to something we liked by V3.

More frustrating was their complete refusal to accept that they had rushed it, and insistence that this was actually good work. Unfortunately, this lack of accountability became a running theme throughout our engagement with LV.

Over time the website got gradually better, but we ended up having to be so incredibly prescriptive about what we needed it to look like, as they really showed no initiative and minimal creative talent also.

We also came up against the constant barrier of being told things were "out of scope" - the frustrating thing being that a clear scope was never identified from the outset so this felt like a brush off. Their sales process needs a complete overhaul in my opinion.

A basic website took close to 8 months to build but it now looks OK. Sadly, it's very slow-to-load and they also shirked any responsibility for resolving that.

I deeply regret engaging LV with this project as it caused no end of stress, was a severe drain on time and the final product still has some flaws.

Had they held their hands-up and shown more maturity in the way they managed us as a client I would have more sympathy, but I think they showed a real lack of experience in this respect. We felt like we were at logger-heads with them the whole time and that really wasn't what we wanted at all.

Little Vitamin built my website and I would massively recommend them. I was a total beginner and they were patient, professional and good value for money versus other quotes we'd had. Our build involved integrating a marketplace app which they were experienced and knowledgable about and I am thrilled with the finished result, as is everyone who discovers the site. For the past two years I've relied on LV for a few enhancements to our coffee roasting company's Shopify store/website, and they have always been a pleasure to work with. They enhanced the UX of our collection & product pages and did so in a way that allowed for interoperability with other apps utilized on the site. And when the inevitable software bugs reared their head, LV was quick to address them. Their costs are reasonable, the quality and speed of their work is great, and their responsiveness & customer service is excellent.

When the day comes to do a major theme revision/update, I will definitely be reaching out to LV for that work.
