I ordered a beautiful Karki green jumper from you.
On live chat it was said order within 15 mins to get the free leggings.
I did this with 10 minutes to spare.
My jumper arrived but no leggings.
I emailed them to ask why I haven't received them
They replied that I hadn't ordered in time.
I wish to goodness I had screen shot the conversation on live chat to prove that I did order in plenty of time.
Infact with 10 minutes to spare.
Very disappointed indeed.

There was a particular dress that I wanted for a special occasion and on every website, my size was out of stock (size 14), except at Mulberry Moon. Therefore I ordered it. When it arrived, the paperwork said size 14 but they had sent a size 18. As the special occasion was in a few days, there was no time to exchange it and I actually wondered if they ever had it in stock in the first place! Therefore, being handy on a sewing machine, I altered it to fit. I did however, contact Mulberry Moon, to inform them of their error but 8 days later, I haven’t even received an apology. Not the best customer service for my first order. Therefore, I won’t be purchasing from here again.

Called in and bought some gorgeous pieces for my holiday. They have a large number of styles and colours and sizes. The staff are lovely and can't do enough to help and give (honest) advice. I have had lots of their home and gift items too. This really is a jewel of a shop to find, you won't know what to choose and will go back time and time again.

Just had my delivery of clothing from Mulberry Moon the quality is second to none and the service is amazing. I've been shopping with them since it opened over 10 years ago and am never disappointed with what they offer, I have never left without buying something (even though its been online for 6 months out of the last 12...... but don't tell hubby!!!!) Cant wait for it to open again on 12th April as really love the experience when you visit. Highly recommend you visit and if Gayle's in shes a real character(Bonkers) you'll leave with a smile on your face, don't get me wrong all the girls are fab and nothing is too much trouble. Fingers crossed normality returns in April.
