The prices are diabolical. They are 100% taking advantage of being the only option for both patience & visitors. Makes me furious. £4.50 for some shampoo. £3.10 for Toothpaste. Don't get me started on the price of their hot drinks and pastries. I was also charged 2 different prices for Crisps on 2 days. Doesn't make any sense really other than more proof of the bad company they are.

£19.50 for two sandwiches, a sausage roll and two coffees. And they have signs up saying seating is for M&S food to go customers only (you cannot currently sit in the Aubergine restaurant unless you are staff). A scam.

While I do feel the prices are absolutely ridiculous and prepackaged stuff no better than Tesco/asda.I have to say the staff have been fantastic and friendly all the time been visiting my mum.bosses just need to get real on prices.people are struggling.please think sensibly to help out

Absolutely shocked to be charged £14.75 for what was essentially 2 meal deals which was no better quality that you would get from Tesco for £3.50. In a hospital of all places, where the last thing people want to have to worry about is whether they can afford to get some food whilst visiting a sick relative. Disgusted by M&S's choice to charge such a high price and take advantage of the fact that there is no other choice of food available on site!

Good range of items at good value. Prices are good for a hospital. Some items are over priced but not much different to an ordinary m+s store. They also accept sparks card and any discounts..

Appalling service from some of their employees.
It is not fair generalising as there are some very helpful and caring people who work for them.
Went there today, and this young girl behind the tilt messed up with my order. When I've told her, she kind of ignored me to start with and got really frustrated and commented with older colleague which I find it really rude.
Don't have to mention that M&S coffee is actually very expensive and weak, 2 shoots for a large late is robbery... they are selling you milk at a coffee price. Wherever you go to Cambridge, Bristol, Birmingham or London, a large coffee has always had 3 shots.

Great food and refreshments. Plenty of quiet seating since the refurbishment. No longer a massive soulless school canteen type of feel. Really nice. I was pleasantly surprised at the pricing. 2 of us had a quality wrap and coffee for under £10

I enjoyed this store as I was being sent back home after being hospitalised. I was a lot weaker and was used to cooking for myself, however, I noticed they had some really tasty microwave meals. Great value and you get what you pay for...
