It is now a year since we had our solar panels and batteries fitted - very helpful and knowledgeable service from the first visit to the end of the installation.
Just had to ask for advice as we changed our internet router (and needed to change the connection on the inverter) and Ian was very patient and helpful.
Would recommend Mr Solar.

Had a great experience with Mr Solar. Conducted the survey and discussed what I wanted from the system. Cam back with a couple of options. Following a couple of requested changes, they came up with a solar, battery and EV charger option that met my needs. I had a few quotes, and these were competitive and flexible on the installation date. While there were a couple of issues with wrong items delivered, they resolved that and communicated very well. I am glad I went with them, and would definitely recommend them to others.

From first contact to completion Mr solar has been 1st class. I needed to know in a hurry whether my roof would be suitable for solar .Due to other company's letting me down.Ian visited me the next day and gave me all the info I needed and a quote by the end of the day for 14 panels and Tesla battery.All of the work was completed to a high standard and the tradesmen have been very helpful and polite.I would highly recommend Mr solar for anybody thinking off going solar.

extremely knowledgeable about products, did not pressure a sell, spent a lot of time going through options and answering a lot of questions. On pricing came in under other quotations who when hearing who I was going with then dropped their prices to match. this action said a lot. Followup service was prompt and helpful esp when it cam to using the app etc..

I contacted Mr Solar pv for a quote to install a solar system on my bungalow. The quote was very competitive compared to my other enquiries which prompted me to up my game and go for a storage system which again was very competivly priced.
My system was installed on time and I was surprised at just how much work was involved doing all the electrical stuff. Our electrician was first class, being both pleasant and very technically skilled. On completion I noticed how neat and tidy the install was all tucked away in the roof space.
All the information I require is on an app on my phone, so I dont need to visit the roof space to see whats happening.
I am very happy with my dealings with Mr Solar PV , and more importantly Im confident that their customer service is as good as it should be. Contact was excellent at all times and I felt like I was valued as a customer.
Would I use them again? you bet I would.

As a follow up, I have now upgraded my capture and storage capacity to 10kw. I was offered a substantial discount on the battery price during an Autumn sale. Its all now been fitted and working. All I need is some sun. The fitter Russ, was super tidy, and caused no disruption at all. I am very pleased that I stuck with Mr Solar again as everything has been done to my satisfaction. If you want a very reasonable quote and excellent service, then I do urge anyone to contact Mr Solar. You wont be disappointed.

Overall the installation was good, however the scaffolding company was a nightmare, damaging plants and leaving scaffolding in place long after the installation was finished. Also arriving on a Sunday when not scheduled to do so.

Wanted to use a local company for our install and was pleased to find Mr Solar in Gorleston, Ian was very quick to organise a visit, answered all my questions in detail and created two system quotes for our needs. After deciding to go ahead installation was within a very quick time frame , installers were polite, accommodating and did their best for our personal situation, so far pleased with the system and the support offered by Mr Solar, there is a little or lot to learn about these systems depending on your depth of interest and this will be a long term investment with regular contact and support required to modify and maintain with the changing seasons. So far so good, nice to experience good service locally.
