Staff always friendly and helpful
Went to purchase some waterproof trousers in the sale. Picked up a pair with price displayed at front of rail, when I went to pay for them was surprised at higher price requested. Assistant pointed out that within the rail there was a further pricing card. Genuine mistake on my part and the kind assistant let me have them at the lower price. Very kind as I was in error.

Rude staff member, asked for alternative size to be told they are the last available fair enough they were on sale thanked her anyway. When purchasing I was explaining to my child when she asked about 'her ones' we would look online for her size. The same member of staff told her not to bother as they were sold out in the warehouse, there are none left in that style. It was said with an unkind tone like a class bully who had joy in giving bad news to a clearly upset young child. At this point I was quite flustered at her attitude, I just finished the transaction and left. Got back to the car looked on the website and ordered the shoes that were available online. Not only available but available in all sizes from their website and Amazon. I will not be returning to this store again.

Went to buy a new waterproof coat, staff very helpful and with the great prices came away with the coat, walking shoes and two pairs of trousers.
