My partner and I recently bought a car from this dealer. They have all the pre-sale talk and will say whatever you want to hear to get you to buy from them. Don't be taken in by it!!! As soon as they had received some money from us then everything went downhill. The promised delivery time of 2-3 days was not met and was delayed by a week. Upon getting the car checked out, we had numerous issues flagged up. The dealer said they would deal with the issues (which is what they blamed the delayed delivery on). However, we are now aware that no issues were fixed at all. On top of this the airbag light constantly flashes and the battery was on it's last legs. We have since had to replace the battery after only having the car for 3 weeks! We have a 30 day 'guarantee' during which time the dealer claim they will fix any issues. But guess what...they are simply ignoring all of our messages and calls! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will lie to you and deceive you and their customer service is non-existent. AVOID!

Such a bad experience with this company. I found this company through Autotrader and thought they would be reputable. I was promised 2 days delivery, which was then changed to a week. They didn't leave me any paperwork to tax so then it got immediately clamped outside my house for not being taxed. To give them their due, they did deal with getting the clamp removed. However, since then I've had numerous problems. The airbag light keeps flashing and the acceleration is dodgy. I have emailed and text about these problems. However, I got up for work this morning and my car wouldn't start. Dodgy battery. I called, text and emailed the company but no response. I've had the car for 2 weeks and so many problems already. If I could give minus stars then I would. So disappointed.

They were helpful when selling the car. The service and communication post selling is terrible. He tried to replace the rear view mirror when we purchased the car but couldn`t install it. In trying to replace it he cracked the windscreen in multiple places. He said he`d have someone come around to replace it but this has been delayed and delayed and now he is ignoring messages and calls. Even if you think you`re getting a good deal avoid, it is not worth the hassle.

Absolutely shocking. I sold them my car and had to call the police to register the car as stolen as I couldn’t get the money for it. He tried to rip me off when buying it off me saying it needed a whole load of things doing to it which it absolutely didn’t! There were so many lies told to me about the money that I had to go down there and he finally paid me while I sat over him in the office. Sham of a car sales place and I see now from other reviews that they have ripped lots of people off which he admitted when I confronted him on the phone. Don’t go near the place Muhammad Bhatti is a swindler who will easily lie!

Had some problems with dealer. Took car back for repair and on collection a week later, found car had been used to carry rubbish around. The boot was full of dirt and as I'd had the car valeted previously, I wasn't happy. This is a second rate dealer. Keep clear.
