I bought my bmw 520d g30 from Motormill. Excellent customer service, they look after customers' needs. If you buy a car from here you will leave happy because they make sure you're fully satisfied before you leave. Any problems with the car after sales, contact them they and they will resolve it. All in all, I'd recommend this dealership

Very refreshing to find a car dealer where I can give 5 * , excellent service from start to finish, fully recommend. Since writing this review, I found damage on my cars front bumper and asked Jason at Motormill if he had photos of my car before I purchased it to see if the damage was already there when I bought it. And he kindly sent me a photo of the front bumper and realised the damage was there before we bought it but no one had noticed it, including me ! Jason kindly fitted a new bumper free of charge and I can't praise him enough for his honesty as he could easily of said "no photos available " which some other unscrupulous dealer may of done. Well done Motormill 👏

Reserved car . When car turned up told its having service and let me know. Phoned up next day and told having mot and phone me back in 30 minutes .phoned me to say 2 tyres needed front which they changed then i asked if anything else wrong ? or anything else showing up on report and I was told nothing wrong with car . Told them we will be driving 2/3 hours away and i booked day off day from work. Phoned me on way there in morning to say big scratch on drivers door and sent photo and agreed take £300 off for repair asked same time nothing else wrong with car and was told nothing else wrong.
Got there and all wheels curbed. Another big patch on passengers front bumper. Lacquer peel on bonnet. Dent on sill back bumper damage.. only offered £100 off .. asked why didn't say or tell us before .they said we didnt know or seen the car. But paperwork they had from report the week before when spoke on Phone saying clearly that all that damage was on report so they knew it had damage but didn't say nothing. Very poor customer service and lied or should I say kept quiet about damage. It was written all down on The paperwork about damage. Curbed wheels dents Lacquer peel bonnet etc.
Don't trust them as they knew about condition as it was on the paperwork description..where did they get that paperwork from ? So they knew all along .. just be honest !!!!!! For gods sake.
What would this dealership be like if they was buying a car from someone and drove 3 hours and found out damage on it. Would they be happy
Stay away from this dealer...very poor customer service....

Bought a used car from Motormill Warrington. The process was simple and straightforward. Very friendly staff. The guys at Motormill fixed a few snags with the car. They give three months warranty. Couldn't be happier. Would recommend Motormill to everyone. Will definitely buy from Motormill again.

Vicky and the team here are great. I bought my car here part-exing it 5 months ago.
They offer a 6 month warranty on all their cars and have been super helpful with any issues I have had offering to look at them straight away and even offered courtesy cars.
As a smaller business you can really tell that they care about making sure you buy your car at a fair price. I would 100% recommend!

Recently bought a BMW 5 series Touring from Motormill, very pleased with the car condition inside and out and competitively priced. The overall buying experience was much smoother than expected given the current climate. After sales was excellent, the team even went to the effort of personally delivering a new parcel shelf. Would buy again and recommend to anybody.
