Wow what a fantastic garage! I desperately needed my BMW to be looked at yesterday and Motormasters kindly fitted me in and resolved my issue very quickly.
The staff were extremely professional, helpful, informative, honest, polite and friendly! The reception was immaculately clean, tidy and welcoming too.
I’m incredibly impressed and super grateful for their help and the amazing service they provide.
Motormasters will definitely be my go to garage from now on! Highly recommend!

Honestly can’t thank Dan and the team at Motormasters enough! My car broke on Christmas Day and was taken there by RAC. Dan went above and beyond despite my car having a major problem (electronically and mechanically) and sourcing the required parts. They kept us updated with delivery times and managed my expectations very well. Thank you so so much!

The work was good when it was finally carried out. Had my car taken in for new fuel pipes as I had a fuel leak. 3 diagnostics later, a new filter, new pump and still had issues even though I said "fuel leak due to damaged pipes" was told that its normal to have a fuel leak. It took nearly a month to get this problem sorted. Wouldn't recommend or have work done by them again. Nearly a thousand pound later when the materials cost just over £200. I can't condone nearly £1000 spent. Such a shame.

Returned 2nd year service and mot, no qualms with the work but sadly a couple of negative experiences, first had to chase persistently for follow up quote which had been promised for a date re: couple of items them flagged (more on this later), each time calling told to call back and chase them again...eventually arrived 7 days late. Prompted me to research alternative quotes, discovering that the original MOT/Service charged £646 was double price than from a nearby ATS Euromaster garage (£300), and the quotes for follow up work once they arrived (Cam belt & Water pump replacement) were also approx. double (£907 exc VAT or £1088) vs another well reviewed mechanic in Guildford (£500 inc VAT). Several other items they said needing doing and quoted for on second and third inspection by other garage were not required (replace gear linkage and adblue urea injector). Nothing negative on the actual work completed (service) I'm not a mechanic so not appropriate to comment and will assume the work was completed to good quality. Together these customer service experiences + pricing + reccomending work not required have put me off returning, perhaps it was simply a signal they are busy and don't need or want my business, but if so I'd have preferred a more direct communication rather than an experience that felt like a in your face rip off followed by reccomendations for further work not required! Let's see if and how they reply.
