Dreadfull Between the establishment in Blackpool and this one they ruined my wedding The kilt hire was a joke The groom did not get an outfit till a day before wedding, then I had to go out and buy bits to try and make it look right Brother who hired from here Sporn smaller than the kilt and had to be adapted on day Result the strap kept pulling up the kilt at front It was horrendous and so stressful The wedding was very close to being cancelled due to this hire The grooms Sporn was to small and he was a 30inch waist Grooms shirt all worn at cuffs and colar and also dirty. The grooms ended up in DPD no apology Not a care from assistant manager in Blackpool branch All he could say was "I can't do anything about it Love Absolutely not recomended by me

Top-notch Customer service! The amazing duo, Vincenza and Hannah go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed, organised and happy with your entire experience. I purchased 6 suits for my wedding from Moss Bros Bedford and it's because of their attentiveness and kindness that I walked away a very happy customer. Couldn't recommend them more!

Went to both here and the store in MK today, difference was night and day with the Bedford store being a very good experience. Hannah was clearly very busy with a group however still made time to assist me and offer suggestions. I imagine if she was able to give full attention it would have been even better. Definitely recommend from what I've seen today.

Excellent service provided, the store manager was extremely helpful, guiding me through my 'tailor me' suit for an occassion i had coming up. She showed her experience and expert knowledge of the job to make sure I left Moss Bros a happy customer.

Amazing service. Ordered a tailor me suit for my cousins wedding, the star were extremely helpful with choosing what I want and the suit came out beautifully. They were able to tailor a suit for feminine figure in a timely manner and to a high quality. Many thanks to Beth and Hannah for helping me decide and Vincenza for my alterations.

Disgraceful branch manager, incredibly rude, after being promised next day delivery for an event I had to travel to, it never turned up, I was told it was my fault as I should have planned better, and they would never have told me it would turn up the next day, she is a total disgrace to being a branch manager, talks over you, say her piece & walks away from you, totally unacceptable, she certainly needs retraining.
I complained to their customer service, they said the area manager would call me, over a month later ......... nothing, says it all.

I started to write about my experience of this store but life is to short.
All i will say is avoid, spend your money else where the customer service is shocking and don't get me started on the manger,and when it comes to refunds a handling charge is taken.
JUST AVOID BIG TIME. I had to give one star but really wanted to give -5.
