Dreadful place. We were browsing, looking at a lovely bag, clearly the shop assistant felt we were not worthy, she didn’t even ask if we required help, let alone acknowledge us. She just took the bag from us and put it back on the shelf, no words exchanged what so ever. We did wonder why the shop was empty of customers on a busy Saturday afternoon. The rudeness was completely outrageous. I told my wife to leave the shop as I was not going to spend any of our money in such a dreadful place. Absolutely disgusted

Went in there to look for an outfit for a wedding. The assistant glanced over and said ‘don’t be put off by the small sizes on the rail, we have bigger out the back’. She may not have meant anything by it but there are ways of saying it. I’m a size 12 so I dread to think what she would have said to anyone bigger! Just felt really snooty to me, I walked out and not going back there.
