I recently visited the Morrisons Daily store located at 113-117 Springfield Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 3PZ, which houses the Springfield Road Post Office. Unfortunately, my experience with the Post Office services has been consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, I’ve found the Post Office counter closed during advertised operating hours, hindering my ability to send parcels and access other postal services.

Moreover, the staff’s lack of professionalism is concerning. They often seem unprepared to address customer inquiries, leading to confusion and extended wait times. This pattern suggests systemic issues that need immediate attention.

I hope the management addresses these problems promptly to improve the reliability and professionalism of the Post Office services at this location.

Although I don’t shop from off licence shops but I just visited once here. Service was outstanding, everything was great , fresh food as well . Now there are some offers are going on which are really great so I advised to everyone to shop from this store so that you can get benefits from this one.
