I popped into this store in Bishop Auckland this morning for a cup of tea.
We went to the cafeteria, we had to order on a screen and pay by card. We then had to help ourselves to what we had ordered on the screen.
I really didn't like this system at all and it was so impersonal to what I'm used to.
Coffee machine wasn't working properly so couldn't get what my husband had ordered.
Overall it just wasn't a pleasant experience.
The shop itself lacked atmosphere and some of the shelves weren't stacked.
Didn't leave a good impression on me.

Salmon and steak night.
Lisa, assisting the fish counter and young Taylor on the meat counter, very impressed with knowledge, care and customer focus, was impressive, especially young Taylor from the Butchers, who advised on correct cut, thickness even some cooking tips, and that's no disrespect to Lisa, who sought a better deal for the salmon I wanted.
Service impeccable, meal spectacular

I would rate Morrisons the worst of the supermarkets in Britain.

Expensive with poor products. Poor fresh produce. Deals that are the same price as normal non promotional prices.

As soon as I realised there was an Aldi and a Lidl within a few minutes of here. I can safely say I will never need to shop here again.

The only reason i buy fuel there is the pay at pump facility. The last few times i have had to pay in kiosk, queueing up behind someone doing a weeks shop and paying with loose change. Time to visit asda i think

Popped in to get me slab of meat the boy on the counter Taylor , well handled that meat for my tea , he handled that juicy meat like a pro very experienced meat handler
