proper hardware store got just about everything if you cant find what you want ask the staff . old style shop you can look and touch and feel the goods not like most modern shops

A PROPER, classic, hardware shop.
They are a schrodinger hardware shop: they might have what you want, they might not, but the only way you're going to find out is to look,
and you can ALWAYS find somebody who knows what they're talking about to give you a hand if you need it.
One of the best things about Morrey's is that you can go and pick up a couple of screws without having to buy them by the bubble pack.

Long may they remain a resource for Holmes Chapel and environs.

The absolute goldmine for anyone working on a DIY project. A broad range of tools and accessories, just about every type of fitting you can imagine - screws, nuts, bolts, nails, clips, straps.... and all in the quantities you need rather than having to buy in bulk. Friendly advice and reasonable prices. If they don't have it they will get it for you. Just an excellent shop!

It's a gem of DIY store. They've got everything you need.
More importantly, it's local business that's locally owned. It's not a business that's owned by company that's owned by another company whose shareholders are companies based in another country.

A really great hardware store, in the traditional sense. Staff are knowledgeable, and it's a true Aladdin's cave. If, by chance, they haven't got it, they'll get it for you, and actually ring you to let you know it's in.
