Morgan Davies Bridal gave me the best experience when choosing a wedding dress, with an ample appointment slot, trying on multiple dresses in an elegant and classy space- and a glass of fizz to accompany the experience. The staff could not have been more considerate and helpful when finding my perfect dress (and veil), they also recommended a seamstress for the alterations which were executed beautifully. The customer service was exemplary.

Such an amazing & beautiful shop with the most helpful staff. This was the third shop I visited before choosing my dress here. The dresses are so beautiful and you don’t feel rushed at all - I must have tried 8+ dresses and we all enjoyed a glass of Prosecco.
The staff couldn’t be more helpful and made the experience so lovely - especially as I was quite nervous that the dresses weren’t going to fit!
Sarah was especially amazing, who stayed on into the evening so that I could show my sister and friend the dress after work before buying it.
I have now ordered my dress and have the recommended seamstresses from them. So excited!

I recently visited Morgan Davies and it was a great experience. I was nervous as wearing dresses, let alone wedding dresses, does not come naturally to me. Sarah made me feel wonderfully at ease and she made brilliant suggestions. After I tried on a few dresses and she started to see my style and body type, she pulled out a dress that I would never have considered but which looked absolutely brilliant on me. I feel that sort of expertise is worth its weight in gold. I would highly recommend MD to anyone. While I haven't made my final dress decision I already have two front runners that I know I would look great in. Thank you MD and Sarah!

I had a wonderful experience at Morgan Davies Hitchin. Sarah was so lovely and welcoming from the very beginning, we had the shop all to ourselves and she really took the time and effort to understand what I was trying to achieve with my look! I have since said yes to a different dress, but out of all of the appointments I had in my search, this experience was one of the best. Appreciate your patience Sarah, thank you!

After four other shops I was starting to feel like I’d never find the one. The staff were amazing!
She was so lovely, and picked up a dress from the rack based on other details I liked. I completely wasn’t sure about it on the rack and then after looking I became so excited and knew it was the one! This is such a testament to her skill and knowledge. I am thrilled beyond belief and can’t wait to pick my dress up!

Had the most amazing experience finding my dress from Morgan Davies. It was the first and only shop I went to and the experience was perfect and everything I'd have hoped it would be. Jackie was extremely helpful and kind and advised me what my options were with the time I had. She really helped me feel at ease during my appointment. I did not particularly enjoy my experience at Morgan Davies bridal shop. It was the first shop I went to in my search for a dress. I was fully aware it was going to be quite difficult to find a dress due to the limited time I had but I did not have the experience I expected to. I did not get to look at the dresses that would be available in my time frame. Or at any dresses at all to show them an idea of the styles I might like. Instead, they brought ones out to me to try on, none of which really matched the rough idea I did give them. I also felt like the lady was trying to make a sale rather than help me find a dress that I really liked.

I also did not like the process of trying them on as they helped me to get in and out of the dresses, something that I didn’t know was a thing. It might be better if you provided people with the option to get dressed/undressed alone or with assistance.

The second shop I went to, and the one where I found my perfect dress, hung dresses up for me, let me get myself in then came in to do them up. They also let me get out of it myself and took the dress away after. I found this to be a much more comfortable and fun experience. I was also able to look at all the dresses in the shop, where she told me what would and would not be possible, also offering alternative possibilities to the ones that weren’t possible.

Morgan Davies was the first bridal shop I visited after hearing such fantastic reviews. Sam was incredibly helpful and patient and was considerate of my budget whilst I tried on lots of different dresses to find what I liked. Their collection of dresses is stunning with many beautiful pieces. I didn’t think I would be coming away with a dress as I thought it would take a few visits to make up my mind, however Sam helped me find the perfect dress and accessories by the end of the session. Thank you again for your guidance and expertise as it made the experience memorable and enjoyable! I would highly recommend Morgan Davies to any bride to be!
