I have used Monster Junk several times, since Feb 2021. Dan is always polite, helpful and friendly. Sometimes he comes with another person. They take most junk and even stuff that is in good condition and give it to Charity, which l like. They dispose of everything in the way it should be. They are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them. Last visit was Thurs 11/04/24. Thank you Dan for rubbish collection and Sophie for VAT receipt.😊👏👏👏

Christmas Eve morning. Cleared our front garden of drenched carpet, bags, junk etc. after a big flood Left the whole place exceptionally clean. Also took away some old bits and bobs (mirror, sideboard, etc) and didn’t charge any extra…….Because “it was Christmas” I cannot recommend highly enough. Much better than a skip. Thanks so much . I did offer to help too 😂

Fantastic company and highly recommended. A real gem of a find and from the first online enquiry Sophie was very helpful and communicative. An appointment was promptly made and Dan called in advance to ensure all was ready. Dan and a colleague were charming and took all the specified items and more in a very friendly and efficient manner and explained the recycling process and how the items will be responsibly dealt with and where possible reused. Am thrilled to have found such a brilliant company and will certainly be using them again.

Fantastic job by these guys to get rid of a 3 seater sofa that was being replaced as well as an old mattress that I'd had in the shed for far too long. Did exactly what they said they were going to do perfectly with no problems at all. Emailed and text all the way through the process and again photos on completion. Price was very competitive.

Thoroughly recommend Monster Junk. Dan and Kirsty helped us with removal of some bits a few days ago and they couldn't have done a better job. They came on time after letting us know they were on their way and were really helpful and professional and took away a van full of bits we couldn't have moved ourselves.
