A staff member in this store messed up a DPD collection by scanning a QR code but giving us a different package, which caused no end of problems because the system now says we have collected the package when we haven’t. When I revisited the store, the staff member was SO unhelpful it’s unbelievable. I’ve now complained to DPD as a parcel containing an expensive item is missing…

Absolutely terrible customer service. The person there was rude and really upset me. No idea why they are a UpS drop off service. I tried to drop a parcel today but he didn’t let me as it is a bank holiday and I was meant to take it tomorrow, forget that people have to work. Absolutely disgusting

Unbelievably Rude.
I had something delivered to the shop from Ebay, for some reason I did not get a notification that it was delivered, but I csn see it in the tracking it has. I asked the shop keeper if he can check for me, but he would not give me a chance to explain the situation, constantly cutting be up and telling me it was my problem. Eventually when he came around and checked the tracking details on my phone, he started looking, I tried to point him to the parcel as I could see it, but he turned around and said "let me do my job pls" then there was the whole thing where he wouldn't release the parcel to me because I didnt have the code that he needed to put in the system, even though I told him my name and which he can see was the name on the parcel. Funny enough, as we were having this dispute he was looking in the system and all of a sudden I get a text my parcel is ready for collection and the code. Not sure if he had to check-in the parcel to activate a notification but his attitude all through out was deplorable. I'm not sure if he is the shop owner, if he is not, then I hope the owner has a word with him, it happened today Saturday in the afternoon.

I’ve been frequenting this shop for over 4 years and the staff are very friendly! They are always positive and always willing to help. Even if they aren’t stocked with what your looking for, they make it their business to add it to their inventory orders which is rare for most shops. This shop is a cornerstone in East Molesey and is EXACT good at what it does……giving East Molesey CONVENIENCE…even on holidays!!!!

This could be a wonderful ‘corner shop’. They are so friendly yet they do not restock their chocolate bars. Been out of picnics and Cadbury’s caramels for months now. It’s really quite sad. Also don’t accept cards under £5. It’s such a shame. We’d shop there more if they did. Much easier to walk 5 mins further to Tesco as they have a better selection. Would like to shop local if we could.
