The shop has some really nice clothing, infact I called a few weeks ago and spoke to a guy who was so polite and encouraged me to pop down to have a look at a dress. I did visit with my daughter and the clothes were so nice but the staff were quite rude to me and abrupt, I was body shamed with one short lady saying my chest area was too big and a blouse would never fit me, and walked off. Obviously upset, I left. However I decided to give them them another chance and went into the store again a few weeks late but was ignored again. Decided its best to spend a bit extra in another store where at least there is some good interaction. Quite disappointed really this store could do so well and the negative reviews could be avoided if staff just acted like they wanted to be there. Would definitely recommend the Hazera store a few doors down who were really polite and friendly and showed lots of different dresses and colours and various options.

Bad customer service. My mum bought some dresses and she hand washed them and majority of the colour of the print washed off. She didn't even get to wear it once. The dresses are obviously faulty and instead of return/exchange both workers went on a tangent how they have the same dress and that didn’t happen to them when they washed theirs? What was the need of this.

Uncle at the shop has no customer service skills and is so rude. Asked him I'm looking for a particular colour saree and he said, "Look on the shelves" ..

Absolutely appalling customer service! I have never been to place where the owner/worker is bad mouthing the customers right in front of them. They can’t even be bothered to show you the sarees and have a serious problem if you want to browse before you buy. They are so rude and have no customer service skills. These people call themselves Muslims yet forget the etiquette of treating people! Absolutely disgusting. So rude!!!! The response from the owner is hilarious…. Anything to distract from the fact that they can’t talk to people properly. And how did I get banned when I was in your shop today? Funny the lies people make ey?

They have a beautiful selection of saris it was so difficult to choose one and the 2 ladies at the counter were so lovely and even gave Me the contact details of someone who could help me wrap my sari as a first time sari wearer! I will definitely return to buy more saris for upcoming events

I was recommended by a friend to go there. I was looking for. Saree to wear to a wedding, I did not find the colour I was looking for but they ordered it in for me within 4 weeks. Very pleased with the saree and service. I must say their collection is very good. Prices are fixed which is unlike Asian shops but I found the price to be reasonable so no complaints.
