I've just used MJ Fews for a specific repair on my Land Rover. I found them to be extremely professional and friendly throughout the whole process. The staff at the Reception desk were welcoming, efficient and kindly offered me a coffee while I was waiting for the initial vehicle check. The Service Manager ensured I was kept up to date about the issues on the car. And finally the repair was made very quickly once the part arrived into the garage. Very easy to give a 5 star review and would recommend the garage to anyone with a Land Rover who values a professional, customer focused service.

I should have written this review many years ago. I've been using M.J.Fews for servicing and repairs since I bought my Land Rover from new over sixteen years ago.
It's reassuring to be able to speak with Jeff their workshop manager if required to discuss any concerns or queries about my car. They have kept my car in tip top shape enabling me to keep it running for sixteen years.

I've always found their staffs helpful and polite. Special mention for Geff and Michelle who are the personal face of the company.

Excellent service! A great showroom and service centre for Land Rover and Isuzu vehicles! I have been using Fews for a number of years now for Land Rover service and the quality of service is consistently high. Pleasant, well mannered and professional staff make the experience great too!

Very impressed with customer service at MJ Fews. More importantly Jeff the head technician listened patiently to the issue I had with my Velar. He took time to explain options to diagnose and repair the issue at a fair price. Michelle on the desk was also very helpful and provided me with a courtesy car whilst the car was in the workshop. Highly recommended, satisfied customer.

Great customer service. Delivered what they promised and when a couple of months after collecting the car there were a couple of (unpredictable) issues their response was swift and positive. In my experience they were trustworthy and honourable. Happy to recommend.

Sales and after service are brilliant here. I won’t take my Land Rover anywhere else. Service plan makes it painless to budget for servicing costs at a fixed price. When I’ve needed to get a fault fixed they booked me in quickly.

Took the Range Rover in for a service and once again the service was excellent. Michelle in front of house has always got a smile on her face and Jeff the workshop manager is on the case.

On the 3rd of March 2020 I had my Land Rover Discovery 4 HSE 3 litre SDV6 serviced and Mot'd by M J Fews I can only say I have nothing but high praise for M J FEWS the service my car and I received was second to none from start to finish they provided me with a courtesy car and the MOT and service was stress free I can say to anyone who owns a Land Rover / Range Rover I recommend M J FEWS are the real deal, and for that I thank them.
