Absolutely awful. I bought 2 balloons for my husbands birthday and they deflated within 24hrs. I couldn't use them nor take them back the next day as we were busy but also have a new born so couldn't even run to the shop to get them sorted. Lady on the phone was very rude and wouldn't even let me speak. I will not be using them again and nor do I recommend them.

The staff go above and beyond, excellent service and handle each occasion with a sense of care for each individual. Louise was absolutely amazing! A massively talented gem, she saw my vision and carried it out perfectly. If you are ever in need of anything definitely choose this store they will take care of you. The ladies in missy moo in hornchurch went above and beyond for me this week. The service they provide is phenominal. In the last week they have ordered a specific balloon for my sons party, made up some balloons I bought online which looked fantastic after they had finished with them and they also did a test with one of the balloons we bought online earlier in the week as I have discovered buying balloons from random websites isn't always the best idea but thankfully the ladies in here managed to make them look fantastic for us. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be returning ourselves.
