I was very hesitant ordering given some of the reviews, but ordered anyway because Misa Bargains had my long discontinued favourite shampoo in stock. So glad I did! Incredible value for money and fast dispatch and delivery. I would say try them with a low value order if you are unsure, but based on my experience I would certainly use them again!

You guys had me scared to order from this company. The order process was really simple and I loved the variety. My order was lost by Evri but I didn't contact misa bargains as I decided to wait the 7 days. To my shock, the items arrived today and I received most of my order. Granted a few items were missing but I emailed and received a swift response and refund.

To be honest in this day and age we're in, I just emailed them to see if I would hear back as I saw a lot of reviews which alluded that they do not responsed. This wasn't the case and I will definitely be back!!!!

Atrociously bad. The order was delayed by over a week. Had to chase endlessly. Tried the telephone number on web site - nobody answered, no voicemail. Eventually Googled the shop contact and spoke to a lady who was clearly frustrated with the two owners, and admitted this was a daily occurrence. They take your money and are slow processing orders. Furthermore, the order was not as described. No point returning it as it will only mean more agro trying to resolve with this incompetent company. Stay away from their online store and eBay shop. Should have known what I was getting into from the eBay reviews. The worst kind of traders out there. Stay clear of Misa Bargains / Misa Supplies!

At a time like now in the world when the majoriry are coming together we have a family or a shop that acts like these guys. Order goods and then wait a week (due to the situation I allowed longer delivery and not 48 hour's as per their ebay store) then when I emailed them they completely ignored hut instead a day later issued a refund. Have tried calling them to find out what is going on and spoke to what sounded like a 10 year old who told me to call back at 5pm when the boss is back. Guess what...... the shop apparently closes at 5pm!

Like many others I didn't receive my order. They didn't respond to emails and never answer their phone. Luckily I paid through PayPal so opened a dispute and got my money back eventually. Avoid this company, it's a complete scam. They take money from people, don't send goods and don't respond when you query anything with them.

Do not order from this company. I paid my money but did not get the goods. They also did not reply to any of my e-mails. I paid by payPay so put a claim in and got my money back.
