Disappointing experience - not expected with a high end boutique. I bought a coat online and one of the MINOX tags accidentally broke off whilst I was trying it on (be careful - they are paper and tear easily). The second Minox tag was still intact, as were all the original manufacturer tags. MINOX refused to accept the return. Although it is in their T&Cs that they cannot accept returns unless all tags are intact, this is analogous to online retailers insisting that all original packaging much be intact on returning goods, which has not been upheld legally (the GOODS must be intact and undamaged). I am now over £600 down. If MINOX wish to insist on all their tags being intact then they should really invest in tags that are more robust than flimsy paper. AVOID.
