A charming shop with a charming owner. Irresistible miniature houses, I could have bought a whole village, but managed to buy several for my grandchildren.

I bought a gorgeous handmade mug/cup with a delicate painted bird whilst on holiday in North Norfolk which was promptly broken by us shortly after arriving home. I contacted Gokce who kindly made more and we chose four new ones from the photos she supplied. They've arrived, very carefully packaged, and we are so pleased. Each mug is slightly different in size and shape, and every bird decorating the exterior is unique. Fantastic customer service - thank you!

Such a lovely shop to have a look around - filled with wonderful handmade treasures. The owners were so friendly when we went in and I even got in touch with them on Instagram after we left Holt to order some gifts! They were so kind and helpful when it came to picking out the right gift, and even let me purchase something I had spotted in the shop but that wasn't listed online! Cannot fault this shop at all - I will definitely be a returning customer.
