All very nicely presented.
Does not smell too much of raw meat which is a bonus even if you are meat eater.

Popped in for the first time this week and was blown away by the quality and selection of meat in such a small premises! The Pork Loin made for an incredible Sunday roast. I was also very impressed by the Pastramj from the Deli. You’ve got a new regular customer!

first time i have used this butcher i have just eaten their veal chop , i can honestly say absolutely divine delicious amazing veal 3 mins either side rested for 8 minutes was incredible flavour.
i will always pay for quality and will be returning.

Truly awful customer service

I have used this butches in the past and its been pretty good but picked up some ribs last week that were terrible. Worst I've ever seen. Barely no meat on them. Just fat and bone and for an extortionate price. Did share my concerns but apparently it's what I asked for. Won't be returning.

What a diamond mine of a find!!
Introduced to this first class, knowledgeable, professional quality butcher by my daughter.
So far.
We have been DELIGHTED with that that we have eaten so far from the butcher. Sausage was perfect. Seasoning. Fat content. Skins.
Eggs tasted of ...... eggs. Like they used to.
Smoked bacon. Good thickness. Subtle flavour. No water. No shrinkage. Nice bit of fat. Perfect.
Duck and plum pate. Spot on flavour and consistency. A hint of sweetness but not overpowering.
Still to eat joint of Belly Pork and Topside of Beef. If they are HALF as good I shall be thrilled.
Please don't all rush at once to shop here. I still need my close to parking space!!!

Great sausages, great service. Not cheap but you don't get quality at Sainsburys prices. The pork belly is wonderful as is the lamb shoulder.

This has to be one of if not the very best Butchers in the whole of the UK and most certainly the best purveyor of quality meat in the Midlands. The produce is always superb as is the service and overall quality of everything.
