In November, I visited Mill Motors and had the pleasure of purchasing a Fiat 500S (2018) from Gavin. The car was impeccable, delivered in mint condition and meticulously cleaned, with everything in perfect working order. Gavin also provided a generous 3-month warranty. However, just before the warranty expired, I encountered an issue with the odometer giving false speed readings, with a significant 50mph discrepancy. Upon contacting Gavin, he promptly resolved the issue under warranty, demonstrating exceptional efficiency and customer service. Additionally, he went above and beyond by replacing all the internal light bulbs just because I had one broken, without hesitation. Gavin's genuine care for his customers was evident throughout my experience. Even when told him about an issue with another vehicle I own, and that I didn't purchase from him—a Jeep, which he doesn't typically deal with—he graciously assisted by connecting me with a respectable garage. I can't recommend him enough!!!

Gavin was absolutely great. I had so many issues with finding a decent Fiat 500 within my price range. By chance I found this place who specialises in them and rung him up to see what he had coming in. That’s when he told me about one coming over the weekend that he would hold for me to look at ! Fast forward to Monday and the car was on spotless condition. Very detailed account of the car and his strict criteria for what he buys really does show. The car is in pristine condition.! Lovely guy where there’s no pressure at all. Was able to test drive ask questions and then go back a few days later for second opinion. Slight issue with the window we didn’t realise initially and he fixed it within the hour ! Very flexible with arranging to view and collect and I couldn’t recommend this guy enough

Just come back from picking up a Ford Ka from Gav at Mill Motors. I can't speak highly enough of Gav the whole experience of buying a car from him. The car is in mint condition and prepared like it was new, not a single mark or fault. My Daughter was over the moon with it and I'm sure she'll have many trouble free miles. Please don't hesitate to travel to see one of Mill Motors cars, they are all in immaculate condition and you won't be disappointed. Also, if travelling from far, Langley Mill Station is right across the road, travel from anywhere is easy with good connections .

Fantastic place!
