Just returned from a holiday in Minehead and loved the Miles tea so much I brought a box home with me and won't be buying another brand now!
As mentioned in previous reviews, Miles' tea is very smooth (even in the hardest water area of East Anglia) and doesn't have a tang - I've simply given up on big brand "quality"....I will definitely be purchasing more Miles☕

I have purchased DJ Miles tea and coffee many times when in the West Country and have also mail ordered products. The quality of the tea and coffee is superb. I used to be more of a coffee drinker until I discovered DJ Miles Smugglers tea – it’s the tastiest and most enjoyable brew I have ever had. My mornings always start with a Smugglers tea. I tend to buy it in the 240 bag pack as it’s excellent value and means I don’t run out of my favourite brew. Well done to DJ Miles for creating a tea blend that produces such a fine cup of tea.

We love the West Country Original Tea. Great taste. Haven’t found anything to better it. Placed an order only a couple of days ago as our stock is nearly finished. As ever, a very simple ordering process. Was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the delivery service. Despite what must be challenging circumstances, the package has already arrived. Hi. There's only one thing to say about Miles tea... If you haven't tried it, then you have been missing out on an absolutely brilliant cup of tea.
We have just tried their West Country Original loose tea. It's strong fantastic flavour, the perfect cuppa , we cannot thank you enough for making our day more enjoyable,

We were delighted to discover your online shop - we'd always thought of Mr Miles tea as a holiday treat and now we can enjoy it all year around. We keep exploring new teas and coffees but our current favourites are the Original, Earl Grey and Russian Caravan teas and the Kenyan Peaberry coffee beans. Fantastic products and service at competitive prices.

I always drink Miles tea, Smugglers is my favourite with their Earl Grey a close second.
No comparison with everyday mass produced teas like PG Tips etc.
A flavour that is different in every one of their range and more than worth the small extra cost in my opinion.
