Ordered with them so many times on the TikTok shop, their customer service is absolutely fantastic and it’s really amazing to have affordable Hispanic products available to us in the UK! Fantastic service!
I’ve used Mexgrocer a few times and have always found them to be great. They’ve got a good range of products (including a great range of decently priced tortillas - both corn and flour).
I recently put in an order and there was an issue with the delivery through DHL. Adriana was lovely getting it sorted. She was really fast to reply to my email and even faster getting a solution set up. I cannot recommend them enough. It’s easy to have great products but great customer service takes extra effort and they’ve absolutely nailed it!

Quick delivery and outstanding customer service. When one of the products I ordered arrived unsealed and leaking, I reached out to them, and they responded immediately, replacing the product right away. The products are actually packed really well, so it was just a case of a one off. A following up email received after to check if everything was ok with the replacement, I'm very impressed and pleased with their service.

I bought 10 packs of the Maseca Blue on 31 March 2020 and it was delivered on 1st week of April and there are all expiring in 15 May 2020 ! Although good selection of products but I wouldn’t buy from them again ! Disgraceful business owner !
