My wife has used a Real 6100 Plus since 2011. It was always serviced by a third party who seemed to have minimal knowledge of the chair. It was a revelation when Mercado took over servicing recently. The email contact and support was very good and thorough. The collection, service and advice was top quality. It has been so good to find a company who can look after such a necessary part of our lives. Connor and Henrick were superb, though I'm sure everyone who works there is!! We will continue to use Mercado Medic UK with confidence and hope that other will too.

I happened to be present while Mercado’s Connor completed the servicing of my sons Mercado Real 6100 chair. I was very impressed with the extent and content of the servicing. Virtually, the complete chair was dismantled to its component parts, items inspected, cleaned, reassembled and a full functional test of the chair was performed. A very thorough and professional inspection. At the end a report was provided on the condition of the chair and state of the components wear and tear. IE Seat cushion and tyre wear.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
In 2014 I found it very difficult to continue to walk and keep mobile around the office and I was put in touch with Mercado Medic. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, assessing your needs and building a chair for your specifications. I was warned delivery may take a while due to the custom build in Sweden but was delighted to find it had arrived many weeks early.
The same person (Tomas) I’d been dealing with delivered it to the office and ensured I was happy and informed.
After a few months I was so happy I bought a second chair for use at home!
I can honestly say without a Real 6100 Plus I may have had to give up work. The compact size is ideal for the office environment, taking up far less room than a standard power wheelchair and the adjustable height means that I can join in meetings at our company’s waist high media benches. Although not branded as an outdoor chair I have had no problems in the city (flat, paved areas) to go grab lunch, pop to the shops, sit outside in the local grassy area in the summer or even join friends and colleagues for an after work drink.
If there have ever been any problems a call or email to Henrik or his colleagues and there’ a response, early, late, it doesn’t matter and if necessary a visit is quickly arranged.
Mercado Medic has the solutions to non standard seating requirements and helps you remain independent and productive in the workplace.

I bought an indoor electric wheelchair which also rises.

The chair is intelligently made with a controlled tilt so when I drop something, when I lean forward the chair tilts and enables me to pick up what I have dropped.

That it can rise is especially useful for cooking. I can elevate myself above a pan when stirring, for example.

In terms of the service, nothing has needed servicing yet, however, when I ordered the chair and they saw the footprint on my old one was broken they fashioned me a new one to last me until they delivered. This was life changing for that period of time. If they offer that level of care for a chair that isn't even theirs I have no doubt that they will service theirs well!

The Chair does as it says on the box,lifts and tilts.
Cable ties holding wires and a plastic box in place,3 motors (lift,seat tilt and brake) is it worth over 3.5k ?
The jury is still out (leaning towards NO for what it is).

Have had my Wheelchair from Mercado-Medic for coming up to two years, I first came across the company at Naidex, which shows Disability Equipment, I have FSH Muscular Dystrophy & was getting to the point that I needed a indoor Wheelchair that was easily movable round my Home, I tried afew other makes but they were all to big & ripped my carpet/flooring up, I had a Demo with Henrik at Naidex, then in my own Home, & I couldn't believe how suitable it was, Henrik made the w/chair specificely for me, we had afew weeks wait to order it, it comes from Sweden, but it was with me sooner than was said, Henrik made sure everything was what we ordered, made sure i was Happy, which I was, I would recommend the product, the company & Henrik, who couldn't do enough for me, Even the after sales service was just has good, I had an issue with a motor on my chair, I called Henrik, he came out that day with a spare Wheelchar to swap for mine till it was repaired, about a week, I got it back & have had no problem since, again, I would gladly recommend & would purchase one again in the future if needed, Don't get me wrong it is an expensive bit of kit but it is the Best indoor Wheelchair i've found.
