Just back from Histon after a fantastic day yesterday with Nic and Helena. Been using my BGE for 5 years now and the Ofyr for 3 but still learnt so much - it's the little things that matter as they say. Cannot recommend the course(s) high enough - we will back for sure,. The service and prices are also second to none. Ordering some new kit now!

I cannot recommend Nic & Helena @ MeatSmokeFire highly enough. I’ve now been for two Big Green Egg masterclasses and a Thai Pop-up masterclass and every time is an absolute pleasure. There is no better way to spend a day around a BBQ.

Their willingness to help with advice and recommendations is second to none and I’ve been made to feel like a friend rather than a customer from day 1.

Nic and Helena ran a fabulous training session on the Big Green Egg. I learnt a lot but it also gave me the confidence to try new things. It was great fun too and we ate everything we made (see photo!). I would thoroughly recommend the courses they run. They also helped me navigate the myriad of BGE accessories to get the items that I will find most useful going forward. Thank you Nic and Helena.
