Still thriving, some interesting shops, and one of two hardware shops in Buckingham (remember them from t'old days?) which both seem to be doing OK.
Deduct a mark for the small river of raw sewage after heavy rain between the hair salon and the cafe. Landlords take note, needs fixing...

Visited this little shopping arcade on a sunny weekend and was pretty impressed. Lots of non-chain shops, cafes / eateries, which is always nice.. Next to a big supermarket and plenty of parking. Had a nice lunch and an ice cream, and lots of green areas around to walk it all off after. There are toilets and EV chargers too. Only 4 stars as there was a bit of rubbish about and wayward trollies.

Nice centre, not many shops, but large Waitrose. Had a nice cup of coffee and piece of cake in a cafe I can't remember the name of, something Tea Rooms !!. Well priced.
