Dealt with this store three honestly it's shocking.
First time - Went into store and the lady was so rude( thought maybe bad day)
Second time - the fabric was shocking ( thought maybe just a bad batch)
Third time - shopped online accepted my order then days later cancelled no explanation.
Strongly do not recommend !

Rudest customer service ever, owner was shouting at me on the phone because they sent my order which wasn't completed and when I asked them where is the rest of my order they said it classed as back order and apparently its there policy so they won't deliver it again! not even apologized for not sending the whole order or anything but also talk to me like it was my fault! absolutely disgusting customer service, when I asked her for refund she shouted we DO NOT do refund. Definitely don't recommend them and never going to use their poor service.
Be careful where and who you shop.

Funny that she mentions how poor my grammar is.... and can't even use a full stop herself - evidently uneducated.

Reading the reviews it seems that many people have a problem with a certain person there, seems to be an ongoing issue!
I am astounded and shocked to read one of the reviews replies that a customer should be grateful that she got a free uniform, obviously trying to belittle her.
My experience was just as bad, I ordered at Ashton to pick up from Fog lane, whatever happened there was a break down in communication and not one person came back to me after chasing, then I got this rude, obnoxious, arrogant female that started ranting that she was on maternity leave and wasn't an ambassador for anything ( made me laugh shes making business calls but spouts shes not working) she talked over me, raised her voice and was just unprofessional and clearly has no customer service skills, actually no basic manners, she then sent me a text telling me
''if I want her to be nice I should be nice to her, its not her fault there's a mix up" Just shows how immature she is, frightening she has a child... hope the kids manner are better than hers.
In any event, I sent her a message telling her she was rude and childlike and then blocked her , since she was sat at home changing nappies I was busy... so then she started stalking me on email which did make me laugh.
spoke to a few people I know and learned that shes always arrogant and snappy, reading her reviews I can see this is how she lives her life and is clearly a miserable, rude and sad person that tries to humiliate the customer, arguing when I said the shop was small, since shes sat at home she thinks everyone else has that time lol
You would think she was Alan Sugar the way she speaks it was actually really funny reading out her messages to my family.
Now I'm waiting for her cutting remarks below....

We work with MCS for our embroidery work and they are always first class. Amazing work and Reena is always really helpful. I also get my daughters uniform from them and it is always very high quality and embroidery is brilliant. Can’t recommend them enough.

The worst service ever. Order uniform online and have to travel 3 times exchange things becUse they make miatake and gave me incorrect order. Finallh I do not have inoform for my son. The person who work in shop was really rude and unfriendly. The worst service !!!!!

Went in nice and early before any rush as this time of year can be quite stressful for both customer and worker. Service was brilliant, super helpful and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you!

The lady who works there is absolutely disgusting needs firing. I’ve heard multiple complaints about her attitude and witnessed it first hand today after she fatshamed my 7 year old daughter. No child deserves to hear sly little comments on their weight ! that could make
them terribly insecure. Won’t be coming here ever again until that lady’s gone.
