Everything is fine, the only problem I have is the waiting time at the drive through. It takes way too long than it should. Almost defeats the whole point of fast food. Other than that, the staff are nice and the restaurant itself is clean. Food is always well made, tasty and fresh. I guess that's why it takes so long?

I have ordered from this McDonald's many times and every 3rd order or so that I get for delivery has a whole meal or main item missing, the standards and quality are not being up held, just this morning I ordered a mighty mcmuffin meal with brown sauce, a double sausage and egg mcmuffin without the egg and a bacon flat bread for delivery, everything other than the mighty mcmuffin arrived, I don't get it, how can you miss an entire muffin from my order, it's like ordering a steak and chips and only getting the steak it's happened on many occasions but due to the continued errors on their part I'm no longer getting the parts that are missing off the order refunded. Their negligence has led them to unintentional theft, paying for a service or item and not receiving the item and then refusing to refund is literal theft.

Slow service. To eat in or take away seems like your orders are pushed to the back so they can focus on takeaway orders mainly.
All the delivery drivers seem to go in barging their way through rudely so the atmosphere isn't a nice place to actually want to go into and eat.
The place is hectic and not set out right for a place to eat in.
We decided to take away in the end.

The busiest restaurants I've been so far, too long to wait. I really thought of leaving before getting my order. When we received our order, things were missing and we had to go back to ask for them. Hopefully you will do better next time

Ordered one pot of porridge on App. Queued for ages just to get to order point. Then get told, sorry we don't have any porridge! Nothing saying this on App or order point. Cannot get out of queue so another 10 minutes wasted. Pure incompetence! I was told they have a maximum wait time from order point to collection point of only about 140 seconds. Perhaps they need telling.

Not enough staff or just lazy staff can’t tell which. Came in and did not see any staff for about 5 minutes. When they handed customers food they ran off meaning no one could get sugar, milk, straw, sauce all the things they keep behind the counter. Then when people are calling for them for assistance no one is coming or even looking. Then the staff complain about customers helping themselves to the things they should be offering, if they didn’t want people to help themselves then there should be someone there to help customers- even when it comes to paying using cash there is no one around. Staff honestly don’t seem to care about their customers
