Avoid - ordered navy, black arrived, ok, these things happen. Emailed, no response. Messaged on the website, no response (done over the course of a week). Have sent trousers back asking to also be reimbursed for postage. Will be amazed if I actually get refunded for the trousers without having to fight for it. Rubbish communication!

Made an order for school uniform, no order confirmation, email to chase a week later, no response to first few emails, call nobody answers the phone. Eventualy keep trying and speak to someone who says they will chase but are too busy to call back with the update. Shocking given the price paid for the clothing! Avoid if possible!

Awful service. Zero communication and no response to any of my chase up emails. Also waited 30 mins to speak to someone on the phone and they hung up on me after they answered. I had requested a refund but instead they have decided to send my order that I know longer need without again any communication. Almost £200 wasted. I will be looking to take this further if a response is not received.

Awful service to be honest. would recommend clubs to NOT use these as your kit supplier!!

I am now into the 4th week of not receiving my items (5 - 10 day lead time window) due to a "Delay in shipment of sunhats" although their policy is to send out orders to delay lead times. With 4 other items ordered why do they not give you the option to either receive the goods with an item missing or wait? I have emailed a few times to no response and getting more and more frustrated.
To make matters worse, a club hoodie was delivered over the winter without the sponsor logo attached!
I can understand delays in orders for sure, but the whole not keeping the customer informed is a no go and has been by far the worst experience i have received from a kit supplier. We will be looking elsewhere next season.
