Honestly the best bakery in England. So many try and do fancy pastries and bread but fail. This is a little slice of France in the UK. The chocolate bread is vegan and out of this world whilst all the other items (almond croissants/raspberry cronuts/croissants) are outstanding. They melt in your mouth.

Get there early. When it's gone it's gone. And it's worth every single penny.

All the bread and tarts looks great. Will try other tarts and cake later.

Bit of a disappointment overall, pastries average, baguettes good, sausage rolls not so much, croissants too doughy, coffee very poor and way too hot, burnt my mouth sufficient to blister. Gave them the benefit of the doubt first time and went back, then got the burning coffee. Won’t be going again. Not much choice in the area so I guess that’s why it’s popular. Avoid if you can.

This is one of the best bakeries I've ever been to.
Makes me feel rich to get goods there.
Delicious freshly baked sweet and savoury options. Great bread too, baguettes...and coffee.
Friendly staff.

Great bread and and great pastries. Their croissants are the best I've tasted for a long time. Their Apple Cruffin is especially good too.

A great to stop and buy a coffee with a pastry whenever you are passing. The staff are helpful and friendly and are more than happy to fill your own reusable cup if you don't want a disposable cup.

If you are after a specific pastry or loaf of bread you should get there early as their stock goes fast!
