My experience with Mitchell Woollard has been absolutely outstanding. From start to finish Mitchell has always been at the end of the phone/email to help us with purchasing our new car. We travelled 3 hours to collect the car and on arrival Mitchell was there to greet us and walk us over to our new car, which was incredibly clean and looked brand new (even though it was used)

Although Winchester Mercedes is 3 hours from our home address, they will be in my thoughts the next time I want to sell and buy a new car.

Thank you Mitchell, you have made buying our new car a pleasure. I would recommend Mitchell and Mercedes Winchester to anyone.

5 star for Mitchell. 4 star overall, as had a small issue with the car as soon as I drove it out of the showroom. However, was resolved by myself quickly and not too painfully. However I contacted Mitchell, and he offered support immediately. He was excellent, very helpful and helped me achieve my end goal, in purchasing my lovely Porsche macan s. Sorted part ex for me smoothly. Would highly recommend.

While there was a slight miscommunication initially, the team at Mercedes Winchester handled the situation professionally and with exceptional customer service. I was initially concerned about unexpected charges, but the manager, Nick, and Gemma were incredibly understanding and helpful.
