Usually really rate Next, often click and collect here. Ordered my lad some new vests as he's gone up a size and clicked for Marsh Mills. Arrived, put in my collection code, screen said "We've got it, it will take about 3 minutes" but after waiting 15 mins I asked if there was an issue and they said it went to town... I asked why and they said. "They can fulfil it. But funnily enough, if I wanted to pay £4 to park in town to collect a parcel then I'd pay £3.95 to have it delivered to my house. Instead I choose the free car park that I drive past everyday to and from work... so wasn't the best day.

Claire's snacks offers a friendly and welcoming service. Excellent breakfast roll full of bacon, sausage and egg at a great price. Well worth some Michelin stars.

It's a retail park, if there's something there you need, then go. If not avoid, end of. Rubbish to get out of if busy. But then that sums up most retail parks in Plymouth. Planning and highways in not so perfect harmony. Councillor, I have an idea... Someone say no. It's easier and less stressful to visit the town centre.

Excellent customer service, staff were able to answer questions and help find what was required in the men's wear section. Need more changing rooms to make the experience smoother and more enjoyable but overall very good and made to feel valued as a customer.
