Very poor after sales support, had £190 pair of wellies with two years warranty from them.
Got in contact with them saying they had been leaking, they asked for photos which I provided. Then didn’t respond for nearly two weeks, I had to chase up there response was very short and said: as the tread is worn unevenly this invalidates the warranty.
Have asked for clarification and highlighting how the wear is uneven, and how this would cause a leak…
Quite happy to take your money, but after sales communication seems to be lacking…

Amazing amount of stock, especially new and used guns at very competitive prices. Richard, his family and team do an outstanding job of looking after you. Where else are customers greeted by a "guard" spaniel, and the offer of tea and biscuits while they browse. Five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience all round!

Beautiful out of town location with easy parking; free and right outside the door. Fantastic choice and huge stock of quality products at good prices. Helpful and professional staff.
They organised a loan (used) shotgun for me to try at the local clayshoot, no quibble return. Sadly that didn't suit me, but Richard was able to very quickly source an alternative which I decided to buy. Highly recommended and definitely worth a visit.
