I walked into Marks last Saturday to buy a pair of work shoes, which is upstairs in the store. After picking out a shoe type, which was £80, I went to look for a member of staff to get the shoes in my size. I was walking around for ages and couldn't find a soul. After a long while I spotted a girl who was just about to do some shelf filling. I asked her if she had these shoes in a size 10. She said that if I wanted to know I would have to go to the lower floor to find out at the tills. I asked her why there wasn't anyone working on the entire second floor. She said it's because they are short staffed. I just put the shoe back and left the store. Terrible service keeping in mind that I was attempting to buy £80 shoes and there were no staff on the busiest day of the week. I've always gone into the stores for a little bit of service. Now I can see why most people now order online instead. It will be the last time I go here.

The shop itself was fine but the car park operators are a nightmare. Received a PCN for the pleasure of shopping at the M&S. spent half an hour trying to pay via app and phone as machine doesn’t accept card. App and phone number did not work after several attempts, eventually had to get change from shop. Got my ticket but still received fine, and appeal was rejects smart parking seems more like a criminal organisation to me and M&S should be ashamed of being associated with them.

It was a lovely Saturday morning in the coffee shop with mostly adults.
During the week days it can be horrendous with so many mothers and babies.

Numbers of pushchairs should be controlled.

Just noticed on the sign that says come on England doesn’t have the whole squad and cropped out Jarrod Bowen and left in Wharton who has played no time whereas Bowen has played a lot more

You average M&S well stocked and a busy food hall. Like most under staffed but those there are in the main friendly and helpful. New self service checkouts and reduced staffed pay points. Dedicated refund and returns desk is efficient while automated Click and Collect system often fails to work but fortunately staff quickly on hand when help is required. Very average cafe with similar staff unfortunately.

Used to go here every weekend with my family, do my shopping and use the cafe. However recently received a PCN for staying 1 minute over in the car park beneath the building. Tried to appeal but apparently the car parking company M&S employ don’t follow the regulations that came in 2019. Will be going to Sainsbury’s down the road from now on.

Just to see if we can try and get the star ratings up again
Even if that doesn’t happen in the next few days
That’s perfectly fine
I just having one day off don’t worry
I went to M&S cafe today with my mum
There today I had a lovely sandwich and something tasty for my pudding of course
I had a lovely experience once again at M&S cafe
The staff that work there are very kind helpful caring
This Sevenoaks cafe gets a 5 out of 5 star rating once again as always
