Be very very wary about making a purchase here, they do not honour any returns policy or even a credit note or exchange on sale Items.
Returned a pair of " sale " boots. Change of mind, expecting at least a credit to another purchase. Refused outright stating they were a small business and could not afford to do this?.
Contacted owner/director by recorded delivery letter, not even the courtesy of a reply. If I could award NO stars I would have done.
Do NOT shop here.

What a great shop! Never been in before last week but so helpful with my search for some loafers … but either too small or too big then a half size was discovered which I thought was a good fit. However when I got them home I found they pinched as were a bit too narrow .. I returned them on Friday and realised I had the wrong bank
card to get the refund, but the manager was very kind and understanding and refunded the £95 anyway. She said: ‘well we are costumers too so know what it’s like!’ Great result, as it’s an hour each way to get to Stamford !

This is my go to place for my twin girls shoes . Superb selection , real quality footwear . Penny is also fantastic at her job , on every visit shows such care towards the fitting of the shoes , is meticulous and so thorough , caring and kind , definitely worth a visit ,

I went back to this shop today because the surface of the boots I bought from there had started peeling away after just 10 wears. I had not treated them roughly - just worn them to work and on the school run etc.
Rather than offering me a replacement, or a refund, I was told that this was my fault because I must have damaged them (which I hadn't), and because I hadn't polished them before wearing them.
To say I was disappointed with this customer care is an understatement and I feel it's my duty to warn other potential buyers. I will certainly not be buying from there again.

Found this little gem of a shoe shop on line it’s in Stamford Brought some Gabor boots to be delivered to my home address. love them. Just ordered another pair of shoes. Great customer service from start to finish. Recommend this little gem

I went today to get two kids 3 and 5yrs old fitted with new shoes. They not only measure the childrens feet but also are very knowledgeable about the fits of different brand shoes. My 3 year old threw the worst tantrum and the shop assistant handled it with such grace of as much appreciated wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
