Worst experience of shopping in this store, staff very rude not considering the queue in meat place and on main till
Just went to buy few things one customer put his half shopping on the till belt and went shopping again and came back after 2 3 minutes and trying to claim his position the queue and the person on till also giving him favor.
Me never ever going back to this store again

This superstore is rubbish, i been there 2/3 times, had bad experience, they show different prices on items and charge more, they sell rotten vegitables and fruits, whenever i bought corriender ,mint or any veg i see snails n slugs in them mostly in corriender and mint. Chicken or meat smells bad, i dont know why they sell rotten veg n fruits. I'll never shope from there it's just waste of money. I throw all the veg n fruit that i've bought, just onion n some fruit left i thought ill share pictures here.

Awful excuse of a shop. They make their own rules up to rest of the world by challenging you if you already have your own bags despite the fact you may already have paid for meat separately meaning you are already carrying another bag anyway which is theirs. You can visit 20 shops in town and none of them will challenge you or treat you like a thief asking you to leave your bags with them, forgetting that if they don't trust customers then why should we trust them with our bags. It's the job of security to catch thieves not act like they are in the Movie Minority report detecting pre-crimes before they happen and embarrassing themselves and you in front of other customers.You would think they are selling gold bars instead of 3rd class rotting vegetables the way they treat customers as being guilty of theft before even having any evidence. Also seen butchers in the past blowing their nose into meat according to other visitors and the cashiers would be better off working at a funeral service they are always miserable. Worst shop ever.

It's a good place to get all of your fresh food and meat. The only complaint I have is that most of the time, the displayed prices are different to what you are charged at the till, i.e. Grapes displayed at £0.99 and when you get to the till they say that the price is £1.50!

On The plus size the place has plenty of parking spaces on site and across the road at the cricket club so that's always appreciated plus the staff are very helpful getting the heavy items to your car which comes in handy when you are shopping with kids.

Superb offerings, good management and friendly staff. The security guard is attentive, welcoming and manages the car park exceptionally. More parking available across the road which is convenient for busy periods. Prices are competitive and there is a wide selection of products many of which are unavailable elsewhere

Purchased meat from store and had my own bag. Person at store started having a go at me as to why I was shopping without a basket and all shopping bags need to be left behind the counter even though the shopping in the bag was from their own meat section. Rules not displayed anywhere and aggressive won't be shopping there again
